Lakewood Sac- After School Program on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 4:00-5:30 p.m. This program offers assistance with
homework, reading, math, and proficiency exams. Now suspended until Fall of 2009
Summer Lunch Program- Our summer lunch program was a big success as we partnered with Our Lady of Mount Carmel and will
resume next summer
Teen Fellowship- Tuesday evenings from 7:30-8:30. Teens are invited to come and enjoy fellowship with one another in a safe
haven atmosphere for games and music.
Wednesday Celebration- Wednesdays from 6:00-7:30 p.m. This is a night that all are welcome to come to enjoy a meal, songs,
devotion, and activities.
Upward Basketball - Now registering and will begin in the Fall of 2009 for ages K- grade 4
The High School Youth Group - meets every first Sunday evening from the hours of 1:00 p.m until 4:00 to experience God through
fellowship, mission, games and activities.
Branch Clothing Store open every Monday from Noon until 3:00 P.M.
Angel Food Distribution - Every third Saturday of the month between the hours of 8:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. All walk-in orders for
food may be placed on Mondays at 4:00p.m until 5:30 p.m
Our Community Lunch - is open and free to all every Sunday at 12:30 P.M.
Spiritual Renewal and Fellowship - Sunday 1:30 p.m.
Every first and third Monday of the month - Friends of Jesus, a worship service for the physical and mentally challenged begins at
6:00 p.m.
Cooking with Kayla
COME, COOK & EAT With Kayla Hughes, Extension Program Assistant. You will help prepare a meal and eat together
as you learn to prepare nutritional meals.

Waters Edge Community Center is a multi-site of Jacksontown United Methodist
Church. The Community Center is a cooperative effort of many churches, organizations
and businesses to assist and serve the families of the "Greater Buckeye Lake Region"
